"Work2BeWell" is a teen-driven mental health program focused on access, education and activation. Their clinically vetted curriculum focuses on specific mental health conditions, self-care, crisis intervention and many other topics that are free and easy to use. This session will provide an overview of Work2BeWell and feature a sample lesson of creating an "Emotional First Aid Kit". This hands on approach to self care works for all ages. Time will be left for Q&A too!
