With the stress of a regular year, this year seemed even more important to remind Staff to take care of themselves. Inspired by something I saw on Facebook, we played some Wellness BINGO...which included prizes. This also inspired us to create a similar challenge for both staff and students with our Do Something that Matters calendar in February. It would be great activity for this SPRING!
